Arrow Australia is a not-for-profit organisation with a full time Program Director, part time administrative assistant. Each group of students has a State co-ordinator. This position is not a paid position.
Liam Glover- Executive Director
Liam began vocational ministry in 1998 after working in the field of commerce and law in both the corporate and not for profit sectors. During the years serving as the founding church leader of a suburban church in south-west Brisbane, he also worked as a church and not for profit organisational consultant, specialising in leadership and effecting change, working with over 20 denominations across Australia. He also serves as Chairman of Natural Church Development Australia. Liam has qualifications in commerce, law, finance and divinity, and is currently enrolled in the Doctoral program at Fuller CA. Liam and his wife Rachel have three sons Zachariah, Noah and Jonah.
Julian began pastoral ministry at New Hope Baptist in 1991 and in 1996 moved to serve at New Peninsula. In 1999, he initiated New Peninsula's highly effective Ministry Training Program.
Julian is a graduate of Arrow 4 (2001/2002) and was Senior Pastor at Lilydale Baptist Church from 2004 to 2008. Julian and his wife Amanda have four daughters Jemima, Matilda, Mabel and Elsie.
Susan Herbert - Program Administration
Susan has a Graduate Certificate in Business (Executive Administration) from Swinburne University of Technology, and for the past 20 years has worked as an Executive and/or Personal Assistant in a variety of industries, including a publicly listed boutique financial services firm, a medical college, and various government departments such as the Health Services Commission and the Metropolitan Fire Brigades Board. From September 1999 to June 2002, Susan was the Executive Assistant to the Senior Minister and Executive Minister of Careforce Church, Mt Evelyn. Susan has been with Arrow since February 2011.
Liesel Houghton - Administration Assistant
Liesel has been involved at Crossway Baptist Church for many years, both as a volunteer and employee. She has been on staff in the youth and young adult departments in administration and event management, where she has enjoyed organising many large camps and other events.
Liesel also has qualifications in patisserie and her interests include water sports, cooking, and netball, where she is a qualified umpire. She loves good food, her family and friends, and exploring new cities and countries.

Rev Peter Corney
Peter is a previous Executive Director of Arrow Australia and is Vicar Emeritus of St Hilary's Anglican Church, Kew. He is married to Merril and was the founding Director of the Institute for Contemporary Christian Leadership.
