[Bio Updated: 16-Dec-11]: Tim is Director of Christian Education & Discipleship at Uniting College in SA. He also consults through Capacity Builders; and speaks regularly around Australia. He recently concluded as Minister (and planter) of CitySoul, after four years.

Julie-anne Laird: VIC Arrow 6

[Bio Updated: 01-Jan-11]: Julie-anne works as an evangelist at Melbourne University with Christian Union where she trains and equips students in this massive task! She spends the rest of the time hanging out with her friends and loving her husband Andrew and four children, Jasmine, Stephanie, Cameron and Bradman. Julie-Anne has very few hobbies but does like sleeping in, talking and drinking very good coffee which takes up a lot of time if you do it well.

Des Ong: NSW Arrow 7

[Bio Updated: 29-Feb-12]: Des is married and has two beautiful daughters. He is an accredited baptist pastor of 10 years, recently planting NewHope Baptist Church in Kellyville, NSW. He is also an Executive Coach and Accreditation Director. Des enjoys being a catalyst, enabling people to pioneer new ways of exploring faith and developing their leadership capacity. When he is not working you may find him hanging out with friends, playing sport or on the golf course. He enjoys travelling, music and being a dad.

Rod Thom: WA Arrow 7

[Bio Updated: 01-Jan-11]: Rod Thom is the Youth Pastor at Lifestreams Church and the director of Youth Vision, the youth arm of the Churches of Christ, Western Australia . He is married to Leanne and they have three energetic boys, Lewis, Noah and Jackson.

Mark Westhuyzen: QLD Arrow 7

[Bio Updated: 24-Apr-13]: After many years of volunteer leadership in youth ministry and worship Mark began vocational ministry in 2004. He was formerly the Senior Pastor at Enoggera Baptist, and has of January 2013, is now the Senior Pastor of Cleveland Baptist Chruch. He is married to Alexia and they have 3 children. Mark is a graduate of Arrow 7 (2007/08). Mark loves coffee, sport, home renovations and riding his motorbike. He hates bad coffee, losing at sport, and crashing his bike. Mark's interests include playing and watching sport, hanging out, socialising, science and landscaping, and is most passionate about reaching and growing young people for Christ.

Nathan McElveney: NSW Arrow 8

[Bio Updated: 07-May-13]: Nathan is married to Amy, and they have a daughter, Lucy. As well as being involved in various church ministries, he has been involved in camping ministry since 1998. Nathan has been working for Crusaders since 2004, where he currently oversees the school camping program. He attends Epping Church of Christ and spends his spare time playing various sports and guitar.

Catherine Tallack: QLD Arrow 10

Original Arrow Bio (at enrolment): Cath Tallack is married to Michael and currently works at Gateway Baptist Church as Children's Pastor. She has been involved in children's ministry for 13 years and is passionate about seeing children nurtured into a relationship with Jesus, as well as seeing young leaders equipped to utilise their gifts to impact and influence those around them. She loves a good romantic comedy, bushwalking, reading and visiting new and wonderful cultures overseas.
