Elliot Keane

State Coordinator, South Australia Arrow 21

Elliot Keane, with his wife Sarah, is Lead Pastor at Richmond Baptist Church in Adelaide, South Australia. They have three children, Aarian, Ronin and Torin. Since 2011 Elliot has led Richmond from almost closing its doors to being a sustainable and vibrant family church in the inner West of Adelaide. Elliot also works with churches across his state in his role as the Leadership Development Facilitator for Baptist Churches of SA. His passions include community engagement, equipping God's people for Kingdom work and pointing people to King Jesus. Elliot's hobbies include hiking, going on adventures with his kids and taking Sarah out on dates.

 

Donna Savill

State Coordinator, Queensland, New South Wales & ACT Arrow 21

Donna lives on the Sunshine Coast with her husband Bryce and two fun loving kids. You might find her with a camera in hand chasing that elusive shot of a soaring eagle, enjoying a coffee at a beach side café, or exploring the hinterland in search of cool waterholes. Donna loves her role as Mission Action Partner with Churches of Christ in Queensland, and is passionate about leadership development and engaging with churches across Queensland.

Peter Carolane

Arrow 5 - Arrow Leader
State Coordinator, Victoria & Tasmania Arrow 21

For the past decade, Peter has worked in youth ministry and evangelism. In 2003, he founded "Mustard", a schools ministry movement connecting with over 30 schools. From 2004- 2012, Peter has been team leader of youth and young adults’ ministry at St Hilary's Anglican Church Kew, and in 2012 he became the Vicar of St Silas, North Balwyn, a congregation of St Hilary’s. He trained as a classical viola player and over the past 15 years has recorded and played in the Melbourne band scene. Peter recently completed a PhD in Aboriginal Mission History, and in December 2013, planted Merri Creek Anglican Church in the inner suburbs of Melbourne. Peter is married to Jo and they have two sons, Leo and Ezra.

Aashish Parmar

Arrow 8 - Arrow Leader
State Coordinator, Western Australia Arrow 21

Aash Parmar is married to Louise and is Dad to Micah, Keziah and Judah. Aash is the Senior Pastor of Ellenbrook Baptist Church in Perth, WA and a volunteer Arrow Leadership Representative in Western Australia. Aash served as Recruitment Coordinator for Arrow Leadership in 2017 and 2018. He loves being a part of challenging leadership conversations as well as seeing leaders discover the Spirit’s rhythm in their development. Prior to ministry in Ellenbrook, Aash was raised in Africa and then moved to the Goldfields of Western Australia where he served in youth and then senior ministry roles in Kalgoorlie. He is invested in closing the gap in leadership development opportunities for the young, the minority and the disengaged. He also loves Manchester United and connecting with people over board games and mindless trivia.

Philip Messenger

State Coordinator, Victoria Arrow 20

Phil is the Youth and Young Adults Pastor at The Salvation Army Box Hill Corps. He is married to Jenny who is just amazing and together they have three awesome kids. Phil is passionate about God using people where they're gifted. He follows the Eagles in the AFL.

Anthony Palmieri

Arrow 10 - Arrow Leader
State Coordinator, Western Australia Arrow 20

Anthony is married to Siobhan and they have three amazing children; Jenna, Makayla and Josiah. Anthony is the Senior Pastor at Lakeside Baptist Church. Lakeside operates and serves the community through a 4-court multi-purpose recreation centre. More than 7000 people a week use and benefit from the range of sporting programs. Anthony is passionate about seeing people say "yes" to Jesus and together with his team strive to reach the community with the life-changing message of Jesus through sport and relational evangelism.

Roxane Lawler

Arrow 16 - Arrow Leader
State Coordinator, New South Wales Arrow 20

Roxane is married to Mark, and they have three children. Roxane works at Gymea Baptist Church in Sydney’s South as the Children’s Ministry Coordinator and her passion is to see people grow and thrive while using their gifts and talents in serving God. She believes disciple-making and evangelism with children, families and young people is one of the best strategic moves a church can make. She loves walking outdoors, laughing and creativity.

Brad Case

Arrow 15 - Arrow Leader
State Coordinator, Queensland Arrow 20

Brad is the Mission Action Partner for Youth and Young Adults with Churches of Christ QLD and loves to see young people, particularly young leaders grow further in their potential and flourish in ministry. Brad has been a school chaplain, youth and children’s pastor, long time SU Qld camps director and has even written a children’s book. He is newly engaged to his fiancé Mercy and together they are madly planning a wedding. He enjoys all kinds of sport and also music, breaking out his saxophone whenever and wherever possible.

Marg Tognolini

Arrow 6 - Arrow Leader
State Coordinator, Queensland Exec 9 (NFP)

Marg is currently working part-time as a consultant for Churches of Christ in Queensland’s Community Chaplaincy programs, and is also pioneering and developing a new project for Australian Youth Ministry leaders called My Youth Leader. Previously, she was the Director of Ministry Development & Training for SU Queensland, after serving there in a range of roles, spanning more than 24 years.

Des Ong

Arrow 7 - Arrow Leader
State Coordinator, New South Wales Exec 9 (NFP)

 Des is Director - Partner with The Future Leader Group, which provides leadership and executive coaching, organisational consulting and change management services, in addition to community leadership programs Max Potential and Generational Leaders. Des has spent over 18 years working across the corporate, education, ministry contexts and not for profit sectors. He also sits on the board of the Baptist Association of NSW and ACT and the Morling College Foundation. Des recently completed his Masters with a major thesis on the role of Emotional (EQ) and Cultural Intelligence (CQ) in developing effective and successful global leaders. Des enjoys cycling and sport, watching a good movie and spending time with his wife and two children.

   

Kylie Clark

Education Executive 6 - Arrow Leader
State Coordinator, South Australia Exec 10 (Education) 

Kylie Clark is the Junior Primary Co-orindator at Sunrise Christian School, Fullarton Campus, 5 minutes from Adelaide in South Australia, where she has worked for the past 14 years. She is married to Gavin, a disability service officer for The Department for Social Inclusion in the public sector. Kylie currently works teaching Grade 1 and leading the Junior Primary team in developing strategies for change in their context. Her passion is seeing lives being transformed and restored, especially children, through genuine bible-based pedagogical practice that actively engages their heart and mind to be in relationship with their creator. Her desire is to be intentional in all that she does, encouraging others and providing opportunities for people to realise their own value. In her spare time, Kylie enjoys leading a small group with her husband in their local church, holidaying with her family, spending time at the beach, camping, hiking, tennis, reading and relaxing with family and friends.

Martin Conway

Martin is presently serving as the Director of Students - Years 3 to 6, at Barker College. Martin and wife Joanne enjoy a busy family life with four children Matthew, Jessica, Toby and Sarah. He is excited about the privilege of working in partnership with colleagues to provide high quality education while seeking to communicate in word and deed the gospel of Jesus Christ to students, staff, parents and the wider community. With 20 years working in the independent education sector in Sydney, discovering the value of exploring the inner landscape and the purpose and heart of the teacher, has proved significant for both learning and reflection in recent years. Sharing the rich blessings of life with family and friends brings great joy as does the opportunity to read, surf, ride and run a long way on a bush trail somewhere in Australia.
