Rev Graham Johnston (1961 - 2011)

Graham was Senior Pastor at Subiaco Church of Christ from 1989 - 2010 Graham gathered and built a contemporary church of ethnic and cultural diversity, but that also has influence around the world! As a strategic leader, insightful thinker, powerful teacher and preacher and a humble and gracious man Graham has cast a giant shadow across churches in this State and across our Nation and Internationally, including pioneering mission and leadership teaching in South Africa, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Congo, Sudan, Pakistan, China, Russia, Romania and PNG to name a few countries. In addition, Graham’s text; Preaching in a post-modern world has helped Pastors and teachers in many of the aforementioned countries sharpen their teaching and preaching skills, thus enabling men and women to bring the message of the Gospel to people in a challenging and insightful manner.

Rev Dr John Mallison

Rev Dr John Mallison (1929 - 2012)

John had extensive experience in mentoring and for over forty five years he mentored Christian leaders, young and old, in all sections of the church throughout Australia and in numerous countries overseas. He was also a lecturer, consultant and trainer in leadership development in many fields of church growth and renewal. John made a major contribution to the Small Group Movement across Australia through his extensive and creative use of small groups, his writings and training of thousands of leaders. He was a prolific writer, having 23 books published, and wrote numerous articles that aim to make Christian disciples and leaders.

Peter is a previous Executive Director of Arrow Australia and is Vicar Emeritus of St Hilary's Anglican Church, Kew. He is married to Merril and was the founding Director of the Institute for Contemporary Christian Leadership.

Senior Pastor Gymea Baptist Church

Karl Faase has been the Senior Pastor at Gymea Baptist Church in Sydney's southern suburbs since 1996. Karl is also the CEO of Olive Tree Media, an organisation through which he produces programs of excellence for Christian media and church use. The latest product is Towards Belief, a 10-part documentary-style DVD/TV series where Karl interviews over 30 international speakers and academics on the belief blockers to faith in western countries. Karl was the Executive Director of the Australian Arrow Leadership Program until December 2010 and the co-founder of the Media Project, Jesus. All about Life, a high profile media campaign working in conjunction with local church participation. Karl currently serves on the Australian board of BGEA and Samaritan's Purse.

Managing Director, Leading ConneXions

Rev Sandy Jones is Managing Director of Leading ConneXions where she invests her time in coaching, mentoring and training emerging and senior leaders. Her commitment and passion to see leaders grow and flourish is seen in her work to pioneer the Leader360, an online leadership review tool, and in developing and leading a two year leadership program for newly appointed senior ministers. Sandy is an Anglican minister, a member of the advisory board for the international Lausanne Leadership Development Working Group and the Australian Lausanne Committee. Sandy is a graduate of Arrow 2 (1997/1998).

Bishop of the Eastern Region (Melbourne) from 2001-2009. Foundation Chair of Arrow Leadership Australia 1994-2010. Chair of Access Ministries (Vic) Deputy Chair of Ridley Melbourne. Member of Lausanne Australia Committee. Married to Karen with two adult children. Formerly a school teacher prior to ordination and then service in Castle Hill, Youth Ministry(Melbourne) and Diamond Creek.

Rector, St John's Anglican Church, Darlinghurst, Sydney

Ed has a beautiful wife Jane, and three children Christopher, Georgia and Chloe. He moved from Sydney to Ireland in 2005, to take up the position of rector at Crinken Church of Ireland in south county Dublin. Ed returned to Sydney in 2010 to be the rector of St John's Darlinghurst. Both Jane and Ed had previously lived in Sydney where he was rector of Darling Street Anglican Church in Balmain-Rozelle. Ed had a church-planting ministry there for 13 years, planting four churches of varying styles and approaches. Ed has a particular interest in leadership, and leadership development. He is a graduate of Arrow 2 (1997/1998), and a former New South Wales State Coordinator. Whilst in Ireland, he established Arrow Ireland.

Greg Hammond

Greg served as an Arrow Board member for 12 years whilst he was a partner of King & Wood Mallesons (and its predecessor firm, Mallesons Stephen Jaques).  Since retiring from the firm in 2014, Greg has taken up a number of roles in academia, the banking and finance sector, charities and not-for-profit organisations.  His current roles include being an Honorary Fellow with the Applied Finance Centre at Macquarie University, and a Board member of the Australian College of Theology, G&C Mutual Bank, the Glebe Administration Board (the trustee of the Diocesan Endowment for the Anglican Diocese of Sydney), NCNC Funds Limited (the trustee of the Archbishop of Sydney's New Churches for New Communities Public Ancillary Fund), Olive Tree Media and Opportunity International Australia.
