Liam Glover

Executive Director -

Liam commenced with Arrow in March 2012. He began vocational ministry in 1998 after working in the field of commerce and law in both the corporate and not for profit sectors. During the years serving as the founding church leader of a suburban church in south-west Brisbane, he also worked as a church and not for profit organisational consultant, specialising in leadership and effecting change, working with over 20 denominations across Australia. He also serves as Chairman of Natural Church Development Australia. Liam has qualifications in commerce, law, finance and divinity, and is currently enrolled in the Doctoral program at Fuller CA. Liam and his wife Rachel have three sons Zachariah, Noah and Jonah. 

Peter Stone

Executive Leaders Program Director -

Peter joined Arrow in March 2014 and currently works part time in the Executive Leaders Program. He also maintains his own Sydney-based consulting business. Peter holds postgraduate qualifications in Christian Studies, Adult Education and Business Administration. Prior to consulting life he held executive roles in strategy, organisational development and training in corporate, professional and government organisations. He is a highly regarded facilitator and strategy consultant. He is married to Grace and has two successfully launched, grown up children and a beagle. He and Grace are long standing members of St Barnabas Anglican Church at Broadway in Sydney.

Cath Tallack

Cath joins Arrow Leadership in 2017 as the Emerging Leaders Program Director. She began pastoral ministry at Gateway Baptist Church as the Children’s Pastor in 2009 and moved into the role as Generations Pastor (overseeing kids, youth and young adults as well as leadership development of the church). Cath is passionate about seeing leaders developed and be given the opportunities to achieve the potential that God has placed within them. She is an avid reader on leadership and the life of the Apostle Paul as well as good crime fiction. Cath is married to Michael, who is a doctor and together they are parents to Henry.

   

Rev Julian Dunham

Arrow Developing Program Director -

Julian and his wife Amanda have four daughters Jemima, Matilda, Mabel and Elsie. Julian began pastoral ministry at New Hope Baptist in 1991 and in 1996 moved to serve at New Peninsula. In 1999, he initiated New Peninsula’s highly effective Ministry Training Program. Julian is a graduate of Arrow 4 (2001/2002) and was Senior Pastor at Lilydale Baptist Church from 2004 to 2008. Julian was appointed as Emerging Leaders Program Director in 2008 and in February 2017 he pioneered a new role as Program Director of Arrow Developing, developing leaders in the majority world.

Zosia Ericksson

Arrow Community Director (currently on maternity leave)

Zosia is a passionate and experienced leader and leadership coach, joining the Arrow Team in 2015 after having been involved in Arrow’s first Executive Leadership Program in 2013. Following a degree in Social Work and postgraduate study in Theology, Zosia has served in executive roles specialising in strategic leadership, community development and fundraising with organisations including World Vision Australia, Anglicare, and Generate Ministries. Zosia is committed to developing the capacity and potential of Christian leaders in every sphere, especially those working within churches and not for profit organisations. Zosia and her husband Will live in Sydney and are are blessed with four exuberant young sons.

Amanda Otten

Finance Manager -

Amanda is a Chartered Accountant and has been with Arrow since February 2014.  Prior to joining Arrow Amanda worked in the corporate sector, advising a client group of small to medium sized businesses.
Amanda and her husband Justin have three young children Laura, Sarah and Liam.


Aash Parmar

Aash Parmar is married to Louise and is Dad to Micah, Keziah and Judah. Aash divides his time between two roles as the Senior Pastor of Ellenbrook Baptist Church in Perth, WA and as Recruitment Coordinator for Arrow Leadership (commenced 2017). He loves being a part of challenging leadership conversations as well as seeing leaders discover the Spirit’s rhythm in their development. Prior to ministry in Ellenbrook, Aash was raised in Africa and then moved to the Goldfields of Western Australia where he served in youth and then senior ministry roles in Kalgoorlie. He is invested in closing the gap in  leadership development opportunities for the young, the minority and the disengaged. He also loves Manchester United and spending time connecting with people over board games, sport and mindless trivia.

   

Liesel Houghton

Program & Events Manager -

Liesel has been involved at Crossway Baptist Church for many years, both as a volunteer and employee. She has been on staff in the youth and young adult departments in administration and event management, where she has enjoyed organising many large camps and other events. Liesel also has qualifications in patisserie and her interests include water sports, cooking, and netball, where she is a qualified umpire. She has been working at Arrow Leadership since March 2013.

Assistant to Executive Director & Communications Administrator -

Rachel commenced employment with Arrow in 2013. She began serving, with Liam, as leader of a local church in 1998 after working as an accountant in both corporate and not for profit sectors. She is a mother of three active and sport loving sons. Rachel's call is to be a structure seer. Through her prophetic gifting Rachel enjoys encouraging people (and organisations) to live life in all its fullness by addressing structures that inhibit growth and vitality. Rachel enjoys singing and spending time with friends and family.
