About Us

Arrow Leadership is the premier Christian provider of training, in the non-tertiary sector, for emerging and mature leaders.

At Arrow we facilitate development and learning that transforms the lives of tomorrow's leaders today, and shapes how they are able to transform the context of their work/vocation through their ministry and mission.

The Arrow Leadership Program was established in Australia in 1995. Since then over 600 Arrow Leaders have progressed through one of our leadership development programs.

Arrow is committed to identifying emerging leaders within the church, NFP and Education sectors, selecting the most eligible to participate in an Arrow Leadership Program. The programs focus on developing transformational leaders, who are capable of taking their given context and engaging their church community, organisation or school to bring renewal and transformation, so their community is stronger and more connected to the community it desires to reach and serve.

Emerging Leaders Program

This two year program is designed to develop Emerging Christian leaders aged 25-40 who serve in churches, para-church organisations or missional movements.

Executive Leaders Program

This nine month transformational leadership program is for leaders, at or near Executive level, in the Not for Profit or Education sectors.

Arrow Community (Alumni)

Arrow Community exists to continually invest into all Arrow Leaders who have participated in an Arrow Leadership Program. Stimulating new material, mentoring and peer reflection is designed to re-energise a passion for leadership in all of our leaders.


Arrow Leadership develops emerging Christian leaders in targeted sectors and countries.


We see Christian leaders influencing and transforming people, churches, organisations and communities.
