Senior Leaders Program

Arrow 27

(Senior Pastors / Ministers, Campus Pastors, Church Planters or Sole Pastors / Ministers)

Why?

Recognising the growing demand to gather Senior Leaders who wrestle with and respond to unique challenges associated with point person leadership, Arrow has initiated for 2022 a cohort of senior leaders to create an exceptional leadership learning community.

Who?

Arrow's Senior Leaders cohort of the Emerging Leaders Program is designed for Senior Pastors / Ministers, Campus Pastors, Church Planters or Sole Pastors / Ministers aged 35-50 who are committed to Christian discipleship and who have a deep desire for greater Christ-like leadership.

What?

In addition to the mission critical material canvassed by our Emerging Leaders Program, Arrow 27 will explore risk; board, elder & senior leader relationships and local church & denomination relationships. True to the heart beat of Arrow, we will engage, stretch and release Senior Leaders across Australia to be led more by Jesus, to lead more like Jesus to lead more to Jesus.

When?

Program Dates and Locations *:

  • Program Introduction, 22 June 2022 (Virtual)
  • First Residential, 28 August - 2 September 2022 (Brisbane, Qld)
  • Second Residential, 6 – 10 March 2023 (Melbourne, Vic)

How?

The Program incorporates Arrow's well-regarded residential retreats with online learning components, experienced leadership partners, peer groups, reading rooms, personal development projects and much more.

Residential Retreats

Over the course of the Program participants attend three, week long interactive residential retreats filled with experiential learning and dynamic content by some of Australia’s best Christian leaders.

Online Learning

Practical online sessions and resources keep you connected and learning from leading specialists on various leadership topics.

Guided Reading Program and Development Projects

Participants read a range of leadership and evangelism literature and complete some personal development projects. Reading Rooms are also available throughout the program.

Leadership Partners

Participants meet regularly with an experienced Leadership Partner to discuss life, and ministry issues, their reading, and progress on a leadership development plan through guided reflection.

Peer Groups
