Dr Liam Glover

Executive Director -

Liam commenced with Arrow in March 2012. He began vocational ministry in 1998 after working in the field of commerce and law in both the corporate and not for profit sectors. During the years serving as the founding church leader of a suburban church in south-west Brisbane, he also worked as a church and not for profit organisational consultant, specialising in leadership and effecting change, working with over 20 denominations across Australia. Liam has qualifications in commerce, law, finance and divinity, and has completed his Doctoral studies through Fuller CA. Liam and his wife Rachel have three sons Zachariah, Noah and Jonah. 

Cath Tallack

Emerging Leaders Program Director -

Cath joined Arrow Leadership in 2017 as the Emerging Leaders Program Director. She began pastoral ministry at Gateway Baptist Church as the Children’s Pastor in 2009 and moved into the role as Generations Pastor (overseeing kids, youth and young adults as well as leadership development of the church). Cath is passionate about seeing leaders developed and be given the opportunities to achieve the potential that God has placed within them. She is an avid reader on leadership and the life of the Apostle Paul as well as good crime fiction. Cath is married to Michael, who is a doctor and together they are parents to Henry and Oliver.


Kylie Butler

Executive Leaders Program Director & Coaching Director-

Kylie joined the staff team in 2021. Kylie has served as CEO, consultant, pastor, leader and coach with many organisations. She served as the Managing Director of Christian Coaching Institute (CCI) prior to CCI combining with Arrow in 2022. Kylie has extensive experience in leadership development, coaching, communications, transitions, strategy and team building.  Kylie’s passion is to help Christian leaders take the next step. She is credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach and a member of Australasian Association of Supervision (AAOS). Kylie has studied Business at Monash University, Theology at ACOM, Coaching through the Christian Coaching Institute, Supervision with St Marks College and completed her Masters at Eastern College Australia. Kylie is married to Adam and they have two children, Toby and Lily, and live on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.

Ken Morgan

Business Development Manager -

Since 1998 Ken Morgan has worked as a consultant, trainer and coach to church planters, church ministers and NFP leaders across Australia and beyond. He's into old Holdens and old Maton guitars.  A graduate of Tabor College, Victoria University and the Family Systems Institute, he makes his home in Melbourne.

Liesel Houghton

Program & Events Manager -

Liesel joined the team at Arrow in 2013 and oversees the management of all programs and events. She has over 10 years experience in events and administration in both Church and Not For Profit. Liesel has also worked with CCI (now Arrow Coaching +) and continues on team for Arrow creating good systems and processes. She has qualifications in patisserie and her interests include water sports, baking and all things Disney. Liesel is passionate about helping people develop skills and systems to make their worlds more productive and organised. Liesel is an Arrow Leader after completing the Arrow Emerging Leaders Program in North America in their 45th cohort in 2017/2018.

Rachael Buttigieg

Finance Manager -

Rachael joined Arrow Leadership in 2021. She has previously held finance roles in both corporate and not for profit organisations. Rachael loves to read great fiction of almost any genre, and is getting into biographies with the help of her bookclub. Rachael is married to Nathan, who is an Arrow Leader, and together they are parents to Mercy, Eli, and Ari.

Christine Williams

Coaching Manager-

Christine has served as the Director of Church Operations and Pastor at New Peninsula Baptist Church for over 15 years, she is passionate about coaching and alignment to strategy and values. She enjoys working with people who want to develop and grow in their faith, leadership and personal life. Christine has completed her Diploma in Christian Leadership Coaching, CertIV in Training and Assessment and a Grad Cert Professional Supervision, her Diploma of Ministry at Tabor Bible College and her Diploma of Christian Leadership Coaching . She is married to Merv and they have two adult children, seven grandchildren and live in Melbourne.

Rachel commenced employment with Arrow in 2013. She began serving, with Liam, as leader of a local church in 1998 after working as an accountant in both corporate and not for profit sectors. She is a mother of three active and sport loving sons. Rachel's call is to be a structure seer. Through her prophetic gifting Rachel enjoys encouraging people (and organisations) to live life in all its fullness by addressing structures that inhibit growth and vitality. Rachel enjoys singing and spending time with friends and family.

Leanne Hill

Coach Mastery & Organisational Clients Manager -

Leanne has been involved in local church ministry in pastoral and administrative roles over many years. She is most passionate about walking alongside people as they discover who they are and who they are to become and she loves helping people do life better which works well with helping the Arrow Coaching team with all their administrative needs. For fun Leanne loves a good board game and her favourite meal of the day is brunch, she is also loving her latest role as Grandma.

Peta Bilton

Communications and Marketing Officer -

Peta joined the Arrow team in 2022. Peta has worked and served in trans-church and local ministry since 2015. She is passionate about people and seeing leaders flourish in their own faith as well as their leadership. Peta loves identifying people’s God-given gifts and encouraging them to pursue them in their leadership. Peta has a Bachelor of Applied Leadership and Critical thinking and has a wealth of experience in internal and external communication mechanisms. In addition to this, you will often find Peta advising organisations on their impact or enjoying a surf.
